The replacement will be honoured, provided the original broken ornament is returned or an image of the damaged ornament is provided. The replacement ornament will be the exact ornament you ordered, with no substitutions and subject to availability. Our replacement policy will be in effect for a period of 10 days from when you are notified that your ornament is ready for pick up. Kindly return damaged ornament, when picking up your replacement ornament. Thank you.
